This concerns the construction technology department: Hi, my name is Joanne Johnston. Three of my sons attended Huron in the past (all took the woodworking courses). I was wondering if you would be interested in building some bluebird houses for a trail system along a walkway at Yonge St, north of St John Sideroad. It is in ward 6. The counciller, Dennis Ramsarran approved the project saying the town will donate moneys for 10-12 birdhouses, if I came up with a program to make them. Please let me know your thoughts on this subject. Thanks for your time.

i am currently grade 8 and attending Sharon Public School, i am coming to huron heights next year. I have heard that there is summer training and “camps” for football. What information do i need so i can attend the training?

Spring Football Camp runs from Monday June 2nd to Friday June 6th from 4:00 to 5:30 pm on the Huron Heights Football Field. The cost is $20, and all participants will get a t-shirt. To sign up, complete a registration form (check with your gym teacher or pick one up at Huron) and have your teacher send it to Mr. Placko through inter-school mail. I recently accompanied my grandson to the grade 9 introduction day at the school. What a great experience it was for him and I’d like to congratulate all who had a part in setting up this orientation day. You helped turn a self-conscious, insecure student moving up from elementary school into an excited and eager participant in your high school. I am amazed at all the caring and dedicated persons I met on that day. You did a fantastic job and I look forward to hearing more of his positive experiences as he joins you at Huron Heights.

I graduated from Grade 12 in 1984 and Grade 13 in 1985.
I need to get a replacement of my Diploma as soon as possible for work.
